The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of business clients
- Leading and mentoring a team of accountants
- Reviewing complex financial statements and tax returns
- Providing strategic tax and business advisory services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with partners to support business growth and team development
About You
You'll have:
- 8+ years' experience within public practice accounting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent technical accounting and taxation knowledge
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
