    Our main office is in Cremorne, Victoria, but we operate nationally, covering Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and regional areas.

  • What is the “Tax Test”?

    Our Tax Test is a unique tool used for accounting roles to help verify technical competency before final placement. It adds confidence for both firms and candidates.

  • How do I get started?

    Employers can submit a vacancy or contact one of our consultants directly. We’ll be in touch to better understand your firm and the role. Candidates can submit a CV through our website or contact one of our consultants. We’ll contact you to discuss your goals and connect you to opportunities.

  • How do I apply for a job with Rezonate?

    Jobseekers have several options for applying for a role at Rezonate. First, you can use our Submit CV page, or apply directly to any roles that interest you. One of our consultants will review your profile and contact you to discuss your suitability.

  • Is there a fee for candidates?

    No, all of our services for candidates are completely free. At no time

    will we request payment.

  • What’s your candidate screening process?

    To screen candidates, our consultants conduct a profile review, provide an initial call, conduct reference checks, and occasionally use our Tax Test for accounting roles to ensure a technical fit.

  • How long until I hear back?

    We aim to respond to all candidate enquiries within 48 hours. If you don’t hear from us by then, please feel free to follow up.

  • What if I don’t see a role I like now?

    Even if there’s nothing specific you’re interested in, you can still submit your CV and an expression of interest. We maintain a candidate database and will contact you when a suitable match becomes available.

  • Do you offer guarantees or replacement policies?

    Yes, in most permanent placements, we offer a guarantee period. If the placement doesn’t work out under the agreed-upon terms, we may provide a replacement, as per your agreement.
