We're partnering with a highly regarded accounting firm seeking a CA or CPA qualified Senior Accountant to join their Business Advisory team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and work papers
- Delivering accounting, taxation, and business advisory services
- Managing and building strong client relationships
- Supporting and mentoring junior accountants
- Assisting with workflow management, billing, and WIP
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional advisory services
- Contributing to team initiatives and process improvements
About You
You'll have:
- CA or CPA qualification (completed or near completion)
- 3+ years’ experience within public practice accounting
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting systems
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- A genuine desire to develop and progress within a growing firm
