Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to their Partners and accounting team. This is a diverse role that combines executive support, client administration, corporate compliance, and office coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly, while delivering exceptional administrative support and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.


The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Partner diaries, coordinating meetings, and scheduling appointments
  • Preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and client documentation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating engagement documentation and maintaining accurate client records
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing administration, and billing enquiries
  • Managing ASIC administration, including company changes, annual reviews, and new entity registrations
  • Maintaining corporate records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Providing administrative support across the broader team and assisting with internal projects
  • Using internal systems to maintain documentation and support continuous process improvements

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a confident and professional administrator with previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a professional services environment.

They will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administration role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
  • Experience with ASIC administration, company compliance, or corporate affairs
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
