Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to their Partners and accounting team. This is a diverse role that combines executive support, client administration, corporate compliance, and office coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional services environment.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly, while delivering exceptional administrative support and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Partner diaries, coordinating meetings, and scheduling appointments
- Preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and client documentation
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating engagement documentation and maintaining accurate client records
- Assisting with invoicing, billing administration, and billing enquiries
- Managing ASIC administration, including company changes, annual reviews, and new entity registrations
- Maintaining corporate records and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
- Providing administrative support across the broader team and assisting with internal projects
- Using internal systems to maintain documentation and support continuous process improvements
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a confident and professional administrator with previous experience supporting senior stakeholders within a professional services environment.
They will bring:
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or senior administration role
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Experience with ASIC administration, company compliance, or corporate affairs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
