The role is varied and you get to...

Assist with Marketing events, and client communication.

Assist with HR administration including arranging staff events and onboarding of new staff.

Liaise with Building Management and work people regarding tenancy related maintenance issues.

Provide Reception relief.

Liaise with external suppliers in the management of catering arrangements, office supplies, printed stocks and maintenance.

Assist in the setting up and clearing of the kitchen and meeting rooms for meetings and functions.

Assisting with travel bookings for conferences.

 

You bring with you...
•    Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
•    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently.
•    A positive attitude and customer service orientation.
