We're partnering with a well-established boutique accounting firm in Newcastle that's looking for an experienced Manager to lead a small, high-performing team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of business clients
- Leading and mentoring a team of 2+ accountants
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Providing business and taxation advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the partners with workflow management and team development
About You
You'll have:
- CA or CPA qualification (essential)
- 10+ years' experience within public practice
- Previous experience managing a team of 2 or more
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
