The firm works closely with ambitious business owners, providing proactive advisory, virtual CFO, tax, and growth strategy services. With a strong emphasis on cloud technology and modern client engagement, this role suits someone commercially minded and relationship-focused.
Key Responsibilities

Manage advisory-focused client relationships from onboarding through ongoing support

Prepare financial statements and tax compliance for SME clients

Deliver business advisory insights including cash flow forecasting and KPI reporting

Assist clients with budgeting, tax planning, and strategic decision-making

Work closely with Directors on value-add consulting engagements

Review work completed by intermediate accountants

Support process improvements and technology adoption initiatives
Skills & Experience
-
CA or CPA qualified
-
Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in business services/accounting advisory

Strong cloud accounting experience (Xero preferred)

Commercial mindset with strong analytical capability

Confident communicator with client-facing experience
