Key Responsibilities

Manage and review a portfolio of complex business services clients

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants across multiple levels

Review financial statements, tax returns, and advisory deliverables

Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services

Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

Manage workflow, productivity, and team performance

Assist Partners with business development and client growth initiatives
Skills & Experience
-
CA or CPA qualified
-
7+ years’ experience within Australian public practice accounting

Previous experience managing staff and reviewing work

Strong technical taxation and business advisory knowledge

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

Experience with cloud-based accounting systems and workflow tools
