Senior Administrator – Corporate Compliance | Accounting Firm | Melbourne | Multiple Locations
I'm partnering with an established public practice firm seeking a proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of client services, corporate compliance, and practice administration. What you'll be doing:
- Managing corporate compliance requirements, including ASIC annual reviews, company registrations, deregistrations, trust and company set-ups, and maintaining corporate registers.
- Preparing and lodging ASIC documentation while ensuring all compliance deadlines are met.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients regarding ASIC, ATO, and corporate compliance matters.
- Preparing and managing client engagement letters, onboarding documentation, and workflow processes.
- Creating, allocating, and managing jobs through XPM and FYI Docs.
- Preparing ATO correspondence and generating documentation using SmartDocs.
- Supporting Partners and Accountants with client management, workflow coordination, and practice administration.
- Maintaining accurate client records across practice management systems.
- Assisting with invoicing, reporting, and continuous improvement of administrative processes.
- Mentoring and supporting junior Client Services Administrators where required.
- Delivering exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
What you'll bring:
- Previous experience in a Senior Client Services or Corporate Compliance role within a public practice accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of ASIC compliance, company secretarial processes, and corporate governance.
- Experience with Xero, BGL360, and CAS360 or Nowinfinity(highly regarded).
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
