We are seeking a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our North Sydney office. This is a highly visible, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service and presentation.

The ideal candidate is a polished corporate receptionist who delivers a consistently professional front‑of‑house experience and brings strong organisation, discretion, and attention to detail to a busy office environment.

About the Role

This full-time role combines front-of-house reception, office coordination, and administrative support. You will play a key role in shaping how clients, visitors, and staff experience the business, while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Experience

Welcome and sign in clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner

Manage incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently

Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-up, catering, and AV requirements

Assist with client arrivals, refreshments, and meeting logistics

Maintain an immaculate reception and client-facing environment

Office & Facilities Coordination

Oversee meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces to ensure high presentation standards

Coordinate office maintenance, cleaners, couriers, and external suppliers

Manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen stock

Support general office operations

Administration & Team Support

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing, and archiving

Provide administrative support as required

Prepare and bind documents, reports, and general office materials

Maintain databases, registers, and staff directories

Assist with events, staff celebrations, and client gifts

About You

You are professional, organised, and confident in dealing with people at all levels. You enjoy working in a front-of-house role and bring a calm, capable approach to a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Immaculate personal presentation

Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital office systems

A proactive, reliable, and team-focused attitude

Discretion and respect for confidentiality

Experience in a corporate reception, office administration, or customer-facing role within a professional environment is highly regarded.
