Join the friendly team at MGI Parkinson! We’re on the lookout for a motivated and team-focused Client Services Administrator (CSA) to support one of our Business Services teams.

In this role, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of three CSA's and collaborate closely with our eight Partners. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our clients receive the high-quality service and experience that MGI Parkinson is known for.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Communicating between clients and the accounting team members, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally and building a strong relationship (some examples could be assisting with client correspondence and enquiries, coordinating PAYG instalments, TFN/ABN/GST registrations and ad hoc requests)

Assist in managing the professional team workflow and capacity

Complete administrative work as required

Australian Taxation Office telephone calls, obtaining information from the ATO portal, correspondence and lodgements

Ensuring proposals are actioned and completed on time

Company & Trust establishment along with ASIC amendments

Month end invoicing, and send invoices to clients

Work with office manager to ensure maintenance of systems and updating of processes to maximise efficiency 

Assisting professional staff to deliver reports and structuring on businesses and client affairs

Liaise with clients regards to day to day information required for banking, solicitors and other professional service providers

Adhoc Reception Duties

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Willingness to learn, be proactive and have a growth mindset

Experience within a professional services firm is highly desirable

Work well autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent IT literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications

Excellent time management skills
