The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Services & Tax, you’ll take ownership of a high-performing team while working closely with a diverse and engaged client base. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance team development, client advisory, and strategic input into the direction of the division.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants, creating a high-performance and positive culture Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing commercial and strategic insights beyond compliance Oversee client engagements to ensure quality, accuracy and value-driven outcomes Play a key role in onboarding and developing new team members Partner closely with the Director on team strategy, workflow and growth initiatives
What You Bring
CA or CPA qualified 5–7years’ experience within a Chartered Accounting environment Strong technical grounding across business services and tax Proven ability to lead, influence and develop teams Confidence working directly with clients and delivering advisory outcomes High attention to detail with strong organisational skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Tech-savvy with exposure to modern accounting systems and tools
