We’re recruiting a Business Advisory Manager for a growing Gold Coast firm offering a 100% advisory role. Your time will go into strategy, business performance and meaningful client conversations, with no tax returns competing for your attention.
You’ll work with quality clients and partners who are actively building the firm’s next layer of leadership, with a clear pathway to Associate Director.
About the role
You’ll work closely with business owners to understand their goals, assess performance and help them make informed decisions about their future.
This is an opportunity to build lasting client relationships and contribute to the direction of their businesses. You’ll translate financial information into practical recommendations, helping owners understand their options and decide what comes next.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing business advisory client relationships and understanding each client’s priorities.
- Leading conversations about business performance, strategy and growth.
- Analysing financial information and translating your findings into practical advice.
- Helping clients work through business challenges and assess new opportunities.
- Working closely with the partners to develop recommendations tailored to each client’s circumstances.
- Identifying opportunities to support clients as their businesses and advisory needs evolve.

About you
You enjoy understanding what’s happening behind the numbers and helping business owners put that information to use. You’re comfortable leading client conversations, explaining your thinking and building relationships over time.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in business advisory within an accounting or professional services environment.
- Strong financial analysis skills and sound commercial judgement.
- The ability to explain complex information clearly and turn it into actionable advice.
- Experience managing client relationships and expectations.
- A proactive approach to identifying challenges and recommending solutions.
- The ambition to develop your career towards a senior leadership position.
