Position Description TEAM SUPPORT ASSISTANT
The Role: The Team Support Assistant is responsible for providing high level support to the Business Services/Tax team. Tasks are many and varied but focus on the delivery of exceptional client outcomes and service. A Team Support Assistant is highly skilled in all aspects of professional services administrative processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Management of varied administrative tasks, including; ÌŠ Handling of ATO correspondence ÌŠ Communication with high net wealth clients ÌŠ Client database management ÌŠ Preparation of client document packs ÌŠ Assistance with IAS/BAS lodgements ÌŠ Processing payments and filing of records • Contribute to development and implementation of new administrative systems and processes • Ad hoc support and assistance to the admin and wider DAA team
Qualifications, Experience & Skills: • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills • Experience in prior administrative position (exposure to Xero, XPM, Xero Blue, ATOmate, ATO Tax Agent Portal, CAS360 a plus) • Technically proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Exceptional coordination, organisation and time management skills • Eye for detail and an ability to self-evaluate
