Born in England and raised in Australia, he brings a people-first mindset to recruitment. Outside of work, Will is a passionate Chelsea and St Kilda supporter with a love for sport, travel, cooking, and discovering new restaurants.

Will specialises in recruiting for Public Practice firms across regional Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, and Tasmania - partnering with boutique firms from as few as five people to large Top 100 AFR firms. He focuses on hard-to-fill positions, supporting both clients and candidates by finding the right fit not only on a technical level but also on a personality and cultural level.

With strong knowledge of the regional public practice accounting market, Will understands the unique challenges firms face in attracting and retaining talent.
