Mai Thwaites

Blur- Mai is a Recruiter at Rezonate Recruitment, specialising in Public Practice accounting roles across Melbourne. Growing up in the King Valley in North East Victoria, she brings a grounded perspective paired with a vibrant, bubbly personality that makes working with her a positive experience. Over the past 12 months, Mai has built a reputation for her hard work, reliability, and commitment to helping firms find the right talent to support their growth.

Mai partners with firms of all sizes, applying her strong market knowledge and sharp eye for detail to every placement. She is known for going the extra mile, ensuring both clients and candidates feel supported throughout the process and confident in the outcome. Currently in her fourth year of psychology studies, she draws on her understanding of people and behaviour to add a unique edge to her recruitment style.

Outside of work, Mai enjoys cooking, camping, and finding new ways to recharge after a busy week. She’s also devoted to her English Bulldog, Pablo - who’s as much a part of the Rezonate team as she is.
