Lawrence Venville

Blurb - Lawrence is part of the Rezonate Recruitment team, bringing energy, curiosity, and a people-first mindset to everything he does. Currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and with a strong interest in psychology, Lawrence combines academic knowledge with real-world passion for understanding people and what motivates them. Born and raised in Melbourne with both Australian and Samoan heritage, he has a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

In his work, Lawrence values strong integrity and prides himself on always doing what is right for both clients and candidates. He focuses on building genuine relationships and creating meaningful connections that go beyond technical skills, ensuring a cultural and personal fit as well.

Outside of work, Lawrence is a St Kilda supporter and used to play rugby union and Australian rules football who now enjoys staying active at the gym. He is an avid reader and lifelong learner, currently studying Portuguese, and has a love for travel, culture, and hearing people’s stories.
